Anti-Fraud Specialist
We are launching a new US-focused sweepstakes product. Traffic will be driven by affiliates, SEO and paid acquisition. That means one thing: fraud will come before revenue.
We're looking for someone who can build and operate a real anti-fraud system from scratch, not just monitor dashboards.
What you will do
You will own the entire risk funnel:
Traffic → Account → Payment → Bonus → Gameplay → Withdrawal
Your responsibilities:
  • Consolidate PSP data, antifraud tools, product signals and affiliate sources into a single risk system.
  • Detect and stop:
  • multi-accounting,
  • bonus abuse,
  • VPN / geo-spoofing,
  • affiliate fraud,
  • payout schemes,
  • stolen identities.
  • Build and maintain:
  • risk rules,
  • auto-blocks,
  • manual review queues,
  • withdrawal holds.
  • Work with the PSP Manager on chargebacks and AML flags.
  • Work with Product to close exploit paths in bonuses, UX and payout flows.
  • Own fraud economics and explain where the product is losing or saving money.
How your performance is measured
You directly impact the company's P&L. Your main metrics include:
chargeback rate
fraud loss % of GGR
bonus abuse %
affiliate fraud %
false positive rate
payout decision speed
What we are looking for
Experience and knowledge
  • iGaming (Gambling/Sweepstakes/Social Casino/Crypto gambling/Betting).
  • US-facing traffic.
  • Hands-on work with:
  • bonus abuse,
  • multi-accounting,
  • payout fraud,
  • affiliate fraud,
  • chargebacks.
  • English B1+.
Technical
  • Antifraud & risk platforms.
  • Device, IP and geo-detection tools.
  • PSP dashboards.
  • SQL / BI for analysis.
  • Building fraud rules and risk logic.
Mindset
  • Comfortable making hard decisions.
  • Thinks in economics, not emotions.
  • Able to push back against marketing and product.
  • Hands-on, system-oriented operator.
Level
This is not a Head of Risk role. This is a Senior Anti-Fraud Specialist who builds and runs the system.
